What is an ISO Gap Analysis
Do you have a management system and you are not sure if it meets all of the requirements of the standard? Do you want to know if your system will pass certification audit? Our experience management consultants can conduct a Gap Analysis for you.
A Gap Analysis is an assessment of your current system against the requirements of the standard. The gap analysis identifies areas where your system does not meet the requirements and is usually conducted as part of a process for assessing the readiness of your business’s system for certification.
A Gap Analysis can be conducted to assess your system compliance with the requirements of the following standards:
We start with a FREE evaluation of your system to assess if a full gap analysis is needed. Next, one of our experienced management consultants will conduct a full assessment of your business’s current procedures against the requirements of the relevant standard. We will then provide you with a Gap Analysis Report which outlines the standards requirements and identifies where the business is meeting these and where further development is required.
The Gap Analysis Report will clearly identify all the gaps between your system and the requirements of the standard and the actions required to meet address these gaps. If your system meets all the requirements of the standard, and you wish to obtain certification, you will need to have an Internal Audit conducted prior to the certification audit.
ISO Global’s consultant can conduct the Internal Audit on your business. Read more about Internal Audits
