Business Review
A Gap Analysis approach often proves an invaluable tool in determining business maturity and readiness for ISO 9001 certification. The methodology applied by ISO Global includes a review of your current business processes and identification of specific gaps against the ISO Standard.
Importantly, prior to undertaking business review, our consultants will familiarise themselves with your organisational priorities, objectives and expectations so that the business review proves beneficial and aligns with an organisations’ goals for the implementation of the quality management system.

During the review session ISO Global consultant will:

- Assess the readiness of your business for ISO 9001 certification
- Develop an implementation schedule based on your business needs
ISO System Development
We develop your system based on the business review. This includes a quality system manual, procedures and related documentation. You will be able to review the system and provide us with feedback. We will change the system based on your feedback.
In the development of the system, emphasis is placed on streamlining business processes, achieving consistency and effectiveness across business functions, and improving customer services.
The Integrated Management System will be delivered using a virtual document sharing system, unless you request otherwise.
System Implementation
Implementation is the responsibility of the organisation, though we provide you with a clear explanation how to implement the system. We will help you understand the requirements of the ISO standard and its applicability and alignment with your organisational.
Internal Audit
Before certification, an internal audit of the system is required. An internal audit is a process of critical review of the business’ processes and its QMS. The internal audit can be done by you or by our consultants. If you do the internal audit, we will assist you with clear instructions.
Our consultants review your audit to make sure the implementation was successful and offer you feedback.
Certification Audit
External recognition of your achievement, including an independent and objective assessment of the management system against the requirements of the standard, is a vital ingredient in demonstrating to your internal and external stakeholders that there is a robust management system in place. The certification team will include experts that are aligned to your business requirements. Certification Audits are undertaken in a three-year cycle including an initial certification audit and subsequent periodic audits to verify that the integrity and effective operation of the system is maintained.
